When somebody reverts to a child-like state of mind, often as a coping mechanism for things like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and other mental health issues. 

Age Regression which is mostly a coping mechanism for CSA survivors and individuals with PTSD from childhood trauma. Age Regression is when the mind reverts to a younger state mentally. I noticed that not many people are aware of this or they confuse it with the kink and sex community known as Age play who fetishize sexual fantazies with a partner pretending to be a child with their partner still remaining ah adult. The confusion between the two and lack of normalization on Age Regression really sparked my desire to create stickers and coloring book pages for individuals in the community. My idea of publicly posting these will bring people to wonder and learn what this is. I hope to bring this community more into the opening and to really normalize this coping mechanism since individuals truly shouldn’t be judged upon this.
